It should fit snugly around the elbow, reach around your neck and grab the strap behind your elbow and tighten the straps so your hand and forearm are elevated above the level of your elbow. Do not use Vaseline or petroleum based products as these can cause irritation and skin complications. Post no smoking / no Open Flame signs.

Use the Food Pyramid to choose, eat more from the foods at the bottom and eat less from the foods at the top. Eat more foods with high soluble fiber content such as legumes, fruits and oats.
