attack. Call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects: chest pain, pounding heart
beats or fluttering in your chest, feeling light - headed, fainting; feeling short of breath, even with mild exertion, swelling of your hands or feet, nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay - colored stools, jaundice ( yellowing of the skin or eyes ), easy bruising, unusual bleeding ( nose, mouth, vagina, or rectum ), purple or red pinpoint spots under your skin, wheezing, trouble breathing. Less serious side effects may include: dry mouth, constipation, heart
burn, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, drowsiness, tired feeling, sleep problems ( insomnia ), or anxiety, nervousness. Do not suddenly stop taking metoprolol tartrate. Sharp chest pain, irregular heart
beat, and sometimes heart
attack may occur if you suddenly stop metoprolol tartrate. The risk may be greater if you have certain types of heart
disease. Tell your doctor or dentist that you take metoprolol tartrate before you receive any medical or dental care, emergency care or surgery.
Entresto is used to treat certain types of heart
failure. It will help you live longer and stay out of the hospital for heart
failure. Entresto contains 2 medications: sacubitril and valsartan. They work by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily, which makes it easier for your heart
to pump blood to your body. Common SE: Coughing, dizziness, or lightheadedness, if this persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. To reduce the risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Take medication as prescribed to get the better manage the disease process of Heart
Failure.

disease. This highly contagious infection causes symptoms similar to the common cold, only more severe, other symptoms include debilitating muscle or body aches, vomiting and diarrhea, and fever. Having a serious infection puts extra stress on your heart
, which increases your heart

attacks, and kidney problems. Lasix is a "water pill" (diuretic) that causes you to make more urine. This helps your body get rid of extra water and salt.

failure, liver disease, and kidney disease. This can lessen symptoms such as shortness of breath and swelling in your arms, legs, and abdomen. Bumetanide is a “ water pill ” ( diuretic ) that causes you to make more urine. This helps your body get rid of extra water and salt. Dizziness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. Tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly, If this effect persists or worsens. To reduce the risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects. It may cause a serious loss of body water ( dehydration ) and salt / minerals. Tell your doctor right away if you have any of these unlikely but serious side effects such as: muscle cramps, weakness, unusual tiredness, confusion, severe dizziness, fainting, drowsiness, unusual dry mouth / thirst, nausea, vomiting, fast / irregular heart

SN instructed patient that Zocor( Simvastatin) reduces levels of "bad" cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein, or LDL) and triglycerides in the blood, while increasing levels of "good" cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein, or HDL). Zocor is used to lower cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. It is also used to lower the risk of stroke, heart
attack, and other heart
complications in people with diabetes, coronary heart
disease, or other risk factors.
RN instructed on low fat diet for treatment of high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. RN explained patient to avoid foods that are rich in fat / cholesterol, choose only lean meat and avoid the fat, eat more fish and poultry, have baked / broiled red meats, fish or poultry instead of fried, use low-fat or fat-free milk, try fat-free or low fat cottage cheese or yogurt in place of cream and sour cream, have steamed vegetables and dress salads with lemon juice, fat free mayonnaise or fat free dressing.
