PATIENT IS INSTRUCTED THAT Rather than avoiding vitamin K, PATIENT should maintain a consistent intake of vitamin K by maintaining a consistent diet. In other words, from week to week, you should eat the same types of foods. THERE ARE MANY FOOD RICH IN VITAMIN K SUCH AS green vegetables, especially leafy green vegetables, and certain oils have a high content of vitamin K. Most fruits, meats, dairy products, and grains are low in vitamin K.
Caregiver ALF staff was instructed in the most common side effects of Tradjenta such as stuffy or runny nose and sore throat. Hypoglycemia may occur when linagliptin is combined with insulin or a sulfonylurea-type drug. Allergic reactions and muscle pain also may occur.

Dental erosion may occur from chronically chewing vitamin C tablets.
Caregiver/A.L.F's staff was instructed in new medication Zitromax, give it to take an hour before eating any food, and the most common side effects such as; diarrhea or loose stools, nausea, abdominal pain, and vomiting.
Patient was instructed on new medication Sucralfate take this medication 1 hour before meals and at bedtime. Take sucralfate on an empty stomach, 2 hours after or 1 hour before meals. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take sucralfate exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
