While you take Plavix: you may bruise and bleed more easily, you are more likely to have nose bleeds, and it will take longer for any bleeding to stop. Call your doctor right away if you have any of these signs or symptoms of bleeding: unexpected bleeding or bleeding that lasts a long time, blood in your urine (pink, red or brown urine), red or black stools, bruises that happen without a known cause or get larger cough up blood or blood clots vomit blood or your vomit looks like coffee grounds.
SN instructed patient that water helps flush your urinary tract, make sure you drink plenty of plain water daily. Don't hold it when you need to urinate. Holding it when you need to go can
help any bacteria that may be present develop into a urinary tract infection. Wipe from front to back after a bowl movement. This is especially important to help prevent bacteria from the anus from entering the vagina or urethra.
SN instructed patient and caregiver about what angina pectoris is. Angina pectoris is chest pain that is caused by insufficient oxygen to meet demands of the heart. Lack of oxygen occurs when insufficient blood flows through the coronary arteries. Stable angina usually has a precipitating cause while unstable angina can
occur at rest.
Patient was instructed about showering and bathing. The pouches are waterproof therefore you can
wear it in the shower. Your pouch will remain intact when underwater, bathing bathing or swimming.
SN instructed patient about constipation and diarrhea can
still occur with a colostomy. Reasons why constipation may occur include certain medications, not drinking enough fluids or eating enough fiber, just like before you had a colostomy.

Common Oxycodone side effects may include: mild drowsiness, headache, dizziness, tired feeling; stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, dry mouth, or mild itching.
Instructed to patient exercise is good for those with diabetes. Walking, you can
even get exercise when you clean house or work in your garden. Exercise is especially good for people with diabetes because exercise helps keep weight down. Exercise helps insulin work better to lower blood sugar, exercise is good for your heart and lungs. Exercise after eating, not before, test your blood sugar before, during, and after exercising. Don't exercise when your blood sugar is over 240, avoid exercise right before you go to sleep, because it could cause low blood sugar during the night.
