It may cause a serious loss of body water ( dehydration ) and salt / minerals. Tell your doctor right away if you have any of these unlikely but serious side effects such as: muscle cramps, weakness, unusual tiredness, confusion, severe dizziness, fainting, drowsiness, unusual dry mouth / thirst, nausea, vomiting, fast / irregular heartbeat, unusual decrease in the amount of urine.

SN instructed patient that Fluticasone is used to relieve seasonal and year-round allergic and non - allergic nasal symptoms, such as stuffy / runny nose, itching, and sneezing. It can also help relieve allergy eye symptoms such as itchy, watery eyes. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as corticosteroids. It works in your nose to block the effects of substances that cause allergies ( such as pollen, pet dander, dust mites, mold ) and to reduce swelling. SN instructed that Nasal dryness / irritation, nausea, or vomiting may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
SN instructed patient on proper use of insulin such as keeping currently in use vials in refrigerator not in freezer, take insulin exactly as prescribed and never to adjust dose without orders from physician ( MD ), and to never use insulin that has changed color or consistency. Zofran is used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused by surgery, cancer chemotherapy, or radiation treatment. Serious side effects include blurred vision or temporary vision loss ( lasting from only a few minutes to several hours ), slow heart rate, trouble breathing, anxiety, agitation, shivering, feeling like you might pass out, and urinating less than usual or not at all. Stop taking Zofran and call your doctor at once if you have any of these side effects. Ondansetron may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert. Zofran side effects get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction to Zofran: rash, hives, fever, chills, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Alendronate is used to treat osteoporosis caused by menopause, steroid use, or gonadal failure. This medicine is for use when you have a high risk of bone fracture due to osteoporosis. Common side effects may include heartburn, upset stomach, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, bone pain, or muscle or joint pain. SN instructed pt to report if she experiences any of these s/sx. Pt voiced understanding.
SN instructed caregiver that Floranex has been used as a probiotic to aid in digestion, to prevent diarrhea, and to relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. This medicine may work by helping the body maintain normal consistency of bacteria in the stomach and intestines. You should not use Floranex if you are allergic to soy products or if you are lactose intolerant. To make sure you can safely use Floranex, tell your healthcare provider if you have asthma or allergies. Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; chest tightness, difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Less serious side effects may be more likely, and you may have none at all.

Amlodipine belongs to a class of drugs known as calcium channel blockers. It works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily. Amlodipine is also used to prevent certain types of chest pain (angina). It may help to increase your ability to exercise and decrease the frequency of angina attacks. It should not be used to treat attacks of chest pain when they occur. Use other medications (such as sublingual nitroglycerin) to relieve attacks of chest pain as directed by your doctor.
