Symptoms of a Actonel overdose may include nausea, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, muscle cramps, numbness or tingling, tight muscles in your face, seizure (convulsions), irritability, and unusual thoughts or behavior.
Serious side effects of Actonel are chest pain, difficulty or pain when swallowing, pain or burning under the ribs or in the back, new or worsening heartburn, severe joint, bone, or muscle pain, or jaw pain, numbness, or swelling. Stop taking the medication and call the doctor immediately if any of these side effects occur.
Continue using Actonel and talk with your doctor if you have any of these less serious side effects: mild heartburn or stomach upset, diarrhea, gas, or constipation, mild joint or back pain, or headache.
Instructed in Vitamin B12, ordered to manage polyneuropathy, and in S/E, such as, pain in site of injection, burning, etc.
SN advised patient and caregiver that arixtra can cause fever or anemia. Both of them verbalized understanding of instructions given.
Patient instructed LOVENOX®, like all medications, may have side effects. The most common include mild reactions or irritation, pain, bruising, and redness of the skin where you have the injection.
SN advised patient on some adversed effects of ampicillin such as: rash, urticaria, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and inmune hypersensitivity reaction.
SN advised patient to report the development of a late skin rash with symptoms of fever, fatigue, and sore throat while on ampicillin therapy.
SN advised patient on some serious adverse effects of gentamycin such as: neuromuscular blockade finding, ototoxicity, nephrotoxicity, respiratory tract paralysis, concomitant anesthesia, and muscle relaxants.
SN advised patient to maintain adequate fluid intake and avoid dehydration during gentamycin therapy as this may increase risk for toxicity.
