Instructed in diagnosis of Angina. This is a temporary lack of oxygenated blood supply to a portion of the heart, causing pain.
Instructed patient on how to recognize the signs and symptoms of angina such as: SOB, chest pain, anxiety, indigestion, sweating, and shortness of breath. Contact your primary care physician if the condition worsens, or if you exhibit other symptoms.
Instructed patient about the diagnosis of Angina, which is a temporary lack of oxygenated blood supply to a portion of the heart, causing pain.
Patient was instructed on hypertension. Callor other emergency services immediately if having any of the following symptoms: a sudden, severe headache, chest pain (angina), other symptoms of heart attack, symptoms of a stroke.
Taught that lack of oxygen occurs when insufficient blood flows through the coronary arteries.
SN to assess cardiovascular status, identify any signs and symptoms of impaired cardiovascular function. SN to instruct patient on disease process, typical symptoms of an underlying cardiovascular issue include: pain or pressure in the chest, which may indicate angina, pain or discomfort in the arms, left shoulder, elbows, jaw, or back, shortness of breath, nausea and fatigue, lightheadedness or dizziness, cold sweats
