Possible SE/AR may include, dry mouth, dizziness, headache, somnolence. Some common adverse effects, high blood pressure, orthostatic hypotension, high pulse rate, high blood cholesterol, elevated serum triglycerides, abdominal pain, constipation, increased appetite, vomiting, among others.
